There are two ways of inserting the lens into the eye. Use the one that is most convenient for you.
Putting on the lens with one hand
Remove the right lens from the case.
Make sure that the lens has not been turned inside out and, if necessary, overturn it. Put the lens on your index fingertip of the right hand.
Raise your head and without squinting your eyes aside pull the lower lid with middle finger of the same hand.
Lift up your eyes and gently put the lens on the white of the eye below the pupil. Lower your eyes down for the exact adjustment of the lens.
Take the index finger away from the lens and gently release the lower lid. For a short time close your eyes for the accurate alignment of the lens over the pupil.
Repeat the steps listed above with the left lens.
