Contact lenses putting in
There are two ways to put in the lenses. Use the one, that is more convenient for you.
Putting in lenses with one hand
- Remove the right lens from the case.
- Verify, so that the lens is not turned inside out and, if necessary, return it to the correct position. Put the lens on the pad of the index finger of the right hand.
- Raising his head, without squinting your eyes to the side, pull back the lower eyelid with the middle finger of the same hand.
- Lift your eyes up and carefully place the lens on the white of the eye below the pupil. Lower your eyes down to precisely shrink the lens.
- Move your index finger away from the lens and gently release the retracted lower eyelid. Close your eyes for a short moment for that, so that the lens is located in the center of the pupil.
- Repeat the above operations with the left lens.
Putting in lenses with two hands
- Remove the right lens from the case.
- Verify, so that the lens is not turned inside out and, if necessary, return it to the correct position.
- With the middle finger of the left hand, pull the upper eyelid to the eyebrow.
- Put the lens on the pad of the index finger of the right hand and pull back the lower eyelid with the middle finger of the same hand.
- Place the lens on the pupil with your index finger.
- Holding the eyelids in the indicated position, lower the eyes down for precise shrinkage of the lens on the pupil. Carefully release the retracted eyelids.
Repeat the above operations with the left lens.
Lens removal
- Lift the eyes up and pull the lower eyelid with the middle finger of the corresponding hand.
- Place the pad of your index finger on the lower edge of the lens.
- Move the lens from the pupil to the white of the eye. Carefully pinch the lens between the thumb and forefinger and remove it from the eye.
